PEN Ethiopia Launches Anthology of Short Stories

In a country of more than 80 ethnic groups and 200 dialects, PEN Ethiopia embarked on a journey to create social harmony through literature. As a final product of this Civil Society Programme funded by SIDA, Yenege Nafkot (Longing for Tomorrow), an anthology of short stories written by authors from variety of ethnic groups, was launched on the June 19 in the presence of many writers, journalists and celebrities. The event was honored by the presence of Molly Phee, the Debuty Head of the US Embassy in Addis Ababa.
